The small print, which is small
The 10 orders are counted across the whole shop, not per customer, so the offer can close at any moment. Almost everything is a single piece, so the surest way to lose the 15% is to wait.
If you return a piece bought under the offer, the refund is what you actually paid for it rather than the listed price. The returns policy itself is unchanged: 7 days to request.
